Deputy President William Ruto has assured Jubilee Party aspirants that the ruling party will not lock out anyone through endorsements ahead of party primaries.
Ruto was responding to aspirants concerns at his Sugoi home where a delegation of leaders from Baringo County had visited him.
The leaders assured the Deputy President of Baringo County support,a key battle ground for Jubilee and Kanu ahead of next year's polls.
