Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) in conjunction with a US-based firm will this week hold a spine camp, with 15 patients set to benefit from corrective surgery.
KNH corporate affairs communications manager Simon Ithae said surgeons will carry out corrective surgeries in spine deformities, degenerative traumatic and ineffective conditions and neo-plastic spine ailments.
“It will provide life-changing surgery to individuals and offer a welcome opportunity for skills transfer,” he said.
