The opposition Cord coalition has defended Thursday’s action by a section of its members of parliament to disrupt President Uhuru Kenyatta’s state of the nation address
Speaking separately, Cord leaders Raila Odinga and Moses Wetangula said the action was just a tip of the iceberg in a series of events lined up by the opposition to express their displeasure at the way the Jubilee administration was steering the country
Odinga blamed national assembly speaker Justin Muturi for the mayhem that characterized the house saying the MPs who were ejected had a right to be heard.
