A section of Jubilee MPs are now calling on senior government officials adversely named by Cord leader Raila Odinga to institute legal proceedings against the opposition leader for defamation. The leaders spoke Central Bank chairman Mohammed Nyaoga wrote to Odinga accusing him of maliciously damaging his reputation and demanded that he retracts his statement and offer an apology by Monday next week, failure to which he will institute legal proceedings against the Cord leader.
