The coalition for reforms and democracy, CORD, has said that it will move to court to seek an injunction to stop IEBC from striking Bungoma senator Moses Wetangula's name from the voters register.
Kakamega senator Bonny Khalwale who has condemned the move by senate speaker to gazette the supreme court report on Wetangula, has also alleged a plot by Jubilee to intimidate and silence the Senator who continues to be one of the government's harshest critics.
Siaya senator James Orengo has also termed the move as inconsequential, saying if the alleged offence was committed during 4th march 2013 general election, then the december 2013 senatorial by-election shouldn't have been held.
