A section of Jubilee leaders want Machakos senator Johnstone Muthama prosecuted for insulting Devolution Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru during last week’s CORD rally held at Uhuru Park.
Speaking in Eldoret, Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria says the senator should be held accountable for his words and injuring the reputation of Waiguru. He is urging the Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko to use Muthama as an example to deter leaders from making defamatory remarks.
