Nyando MP Fred Outa has been freed by Kisumu court on Sh100,000 cash bail.
Outa spent Tuesday night at the Kisumu Police Station cells over incitement charges.
Appearing before senior principal magistrate Julius Ng’ar Ng’ar, Outa was accused of making offensive utterances against Ahero Girls’ School principal, while calling for her reinstatement.
This prompted unrest that resulted in the damage of property. The court also heard that Outa created disturbance in a manner likely to cause breach of peace.
