Deputy President William Ruto has reiterated the governments commitment to cut down on unnecessary traveling tame wasteful spending in both the national and county governments.
Ruto at the same time praised the decision by the appeals chamber at the international criminal court that ruled that recanted evidence cannot be used in the Kenyan cases.
