African Nations are expected to adopt a report that recommends a collective withdrawal of African states from the Rome Statute that establishes the International Criminal Court, during the ongoing AU summit in Addis Ababa. African executive council comprising foreign affairs ministers from the continent adopted the report that also highlights Africa's misgivings with the court. The council says that the United Nations Security Council has failed to heed to the Africa Union's request to defer cases against Kenya's Deputy President William Ruto and Sudan's president Omar Al Bashir.
